Complying with the safety and accessibility requirements during the use of a building not only involves applying the current regulations but also demonstrates a responsibility towards all users. It is important to consider the physical abilities and capabilities that may differ from one user to another. Moreover, this requirement aims to protect the user from various injuries that may result from negligence or inattention but are facilitated by certain characteristics of the built space.
